Important Guidelines for Parents/Guardians

  • The school provides the child with excellent Islamic information and Islamic environment so that he/she learns to live an Islamic life without any strain. Therefore parents are requested to maintain the same environment even at home.
  • Bad influences like cable TV, music, immodest dresses, birthday parties, un- Islamic functions should be totally avoided.
  • It is the responsibility of the parent to check the diary daily and note the teacher’s remarks or any their detail and acknowledge the same by placing their signature.
  • Parents must guide their ward to develop the habit of early to bed, early to rise.
  • Islamic manners like mutual Islamic greetings, supplications (duas)to be said on different occasions, etc., are regularly taught and practiced in school, therefore the parents are required to be  specifically  concerned about the same even at home.
  • Parents are asked to purchase stationeries only when it is intimated by the school.
  • Parents are requested to monitor on the participation of their ward in the five daily prayers.
  • If your ward needs any kind of special concern for any health issue you need to contact the school Principal.
  • While providing eatables to your wards bear in mind that only nutritious food are to be provided and all kinds of junk food like Lays, Cheese balls, Cheetos,  Maggi etc. to be strictly avoided to ensure the good health  and to develop healthy eating habits.
  • We request the parents of Kindergarten kids that a glass of milk should be provided before they come to school; children should not carry milk or any other food or drink that might spill and dirty the classrooms.
  • The parents should compulsorily attend the Parent Teacher Meeting held in school to interact closely; co-operate and act jointly in all educational endeavours.
  • Parents are not allowed to enter the classrooms or meet the teachers without the prior permission of the Principal.
  • If the parents observe that their ward has difficulty in following the lessons, they should immediately contact the Principal to discuss about the same.
  • Criticism of a teacher or school is to be scrupulously avoided.
  • Parents should conduct themselves with decorum and if there is any legitimate complaint, meet the Principal by the office time.
  • If you find pages of Quranic Verses or Islamic books torn it should be burnt rather than throwing them away or disposing them in water.
  • Books, bags, umbrellas, tiffins, shoes, socks etc. should have a name or mark by which the owner can be easily known and all stray or unclaimed property should be brought to the Principal’s office.
  • To ascertain the conduct and progress of the ward please call to the Principal’s office only during office hours.
  • Do not enter the class rooms during class hours, without the   permission of the Principal.
  • Encourage your wards to take part in the co curricular activities and the work experience drawn up by the School.
  • To see that fees are paid on time.
  • To see that all dues are paid before the examinations or else your wards will be barred from appearing for the same.
  • To see that wards are provided with all the prescribed books, crafts, computer, karate and games classes.
  • Guide your wards in their homework.
  • Get the feedback from the ward in the school related matter.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of uniform and books.
  • Boys shall get their hair cut short and girls are not allowed to wear any kind of jewellery except simple ear rings.
  • High heels and fancy shoes, make up, perfume, kaajal or growing nails are strictly prohibited. Girls from Class VII onwards must wear Burkha Uniform  with face veil.
  • While purchasing school bags and stationery boxes or pouches please see that they go along with the Islamic principles (without animated pictures).

Students will be sent to the office immediately for the following actions:

  • Cheating, stealing and or lying.
  • Copying
  • Defiance of teacher authority.
  • Disrespect of others, offensive language at school (in the classroom, hall, or playgrounds) or in the school bus.
  • Fighting, physical or verbal threats or otherwise endangering the welfare of others
  • Repeated disregard for School rules and regulations.
  • Abuse of property of others or damaging school property etc. are punishable by a fine.

Conduct and Discipline

  • The Students must wear neat, clean and ironed uniforms daily.
  • Stationery and books should be kept neat and tidy.
  • Students are required to attend the prayers in congregation compulsorily
  • Students and parent should not offer any present or gift to teachers.
  • Students are forbidden to bring toys, jewellery, money, cell phones, watches with alarm  to school.
  • No pop, gum or candy.
  • No swearing or using inappropriate language.
  • No throwing dirt, rocks, sticks, etc.
  • No spitting.
  • No kicking or hitting.
  • No running, yelling or physical plays inside the school buildings
  • No fighting, physical or verbal threats or otherwise endangering the welfare of others.
